Overview

ZeroCart AI LLC ("ZeroCart", "we", "us") offers one guarantee, the Performance Guarantee (3× ROI), and a free trial on one plan only:

14-Day Free Trial (Sentinel standard plan only)

The Sentinel standard plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Every other plan is billed immediately.

Performance Guarantee

If ZeroCart does not generate recovered revenue of at least 3× your monthly subscription cost over your first 60 days, you receive a full refund. The guarantee applies from 100 abandoned carts measured during the 60 days (an eligibility floor, not a quota).

This Refund Policy explains the free trial, and the terms, eligibility criteria, exclusions, and claim procedure of the Performance Guarantee.

1. Free Trial and Billing

✓ 14-Day Free Trial — Sentinel Standard Plan Only

The Sentinel standard plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends. You can cancel from your dashboard before then to avoid any charge.

1.1 Other Plans

Commander, Sovereign and Emperor plans have no free trial: they are billed immediately at purchase.

1.2 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the period already paid, and cancellation stops future charges.

1.3 No Other Refund Guarantee

The Performance Guarantee described in section 2 is the only refund guarantee ZeroCart offers. Except as described in section 2, or where applicable law requires otherwise, subscription fees already paid are not refundable.

2. Performance Guarantee (3× ROI)

✓ Full Refund if ZeroCart Doesn't Generate 3× Your Subscription Cost

We guarantee that ZeroCart will generate recovered revenue of at least 3× your monthly subscription cost over your first 60 days of active use. If that threshold is not reached, you receive a full refund of subscription fees paid.

2.1 How It Works

Measurement Period:

Start Date: Day you install tracking snippet and enable email sending
End Date: 60 calendar days after start date
Measurement: Total recovered revenue attributed to ZeroCart recovery emails over the full 60-day period

Example Timeline:

Day 1 (Jan 1): Install snippet, activate emails
Days 1–60: Track all recovery events and revenue
Day 60 (Mar 1): Calculate total recovered revenue
Day 70 (Mar 10): Submit claim if recovered revenue < 3× subscription cost

2.2 Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Performance Guarantee, you MUST meet ALL of these requirements:

2.3 Exclusions — When Performance Guarantee Does NOT Apply

⚠️ Performance Guarantee Void If:

High Initial Abandonment Rate: If your baseline cart abandonment rate is >85% before using ZeroCart (indicates checkout issues)
Bot/Fraudulent Traffic: If the majority of traffic is from bots, scrapers, or fraudulent sources
Non-Functional Checkout: If your checkout process is broken, has errors, or extremely high friction
Missing Business Address: If you fail to provide required CAN-SPAM business address
Email Deliverability Issues: If emails bounce due to your domain reputation (not ZeroCart's fault)
Spam Folder Placement: If recovery emails land in spam due to your sending practices (unrelated to ZeroCart)
AUP Violations: If account was paused or restricted for Acceptable Use Policy violations during measurement period
Service Interruptions: If you paused email sending or disabled tracking snippet during measurement period
Products Outside Standard E-commerce: One-time emergency purchases, or goods whose sale is legally restricted in the merchant's jurisdiction

2.4 How to Claim Performance Guarantee

Claim Process:

Wait for 60-Day Period to Complete:
Do not submit a claim before Day 60 is complete
Email Guarantee Team Within 10 Days:

Include Required Information:
- Account email and subscription tier
- Snippet installation date (start of measurement period)
- Screenshot of dashboard analytics showing:
  - Total abandoned carts (must be ≥100)
  - Total recovered revenue for the period
- Confirmation that snippet was active and emails enabled for the full 60 days
Review Period (5 Business Days):
We verify:
- Recovered revenue is less than 3× your monthly subscription cost
- Minimum 100 abandoned carts met
- No exclusion criteria apply
- Account in good standing (no AUP violations)
Approval & Refund:
If approved, a full refund of subscription fees paid is processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
If not approved, we'll explain which requirement wasn't met

Example: You pay for Month 1 and Month 2. At the end of Day 60, if the total revenue recovered by ZeroCart is less than 3× your monthly subscription cost, you receive a full refund of subscription fees paid.

3. General Conditions

3.1 Non-Transferable

The Performance Guarantee is non-transferable. It applies only to the original account holder and cannot be transferred to another person or business entity.

3.2 One Claim Per Account

The Performance Guarantee can be claimed once per account.

3.3 Good Faith Requirement

The Performance Guarantee assumes good faith use of the Services. Abuse of the guarantee (e.g., creating multiple accounts, manipulating data, intentional service disruption) results in:

Immediate claim denial
Account termination without refund
Permanent ban from ZeroCart services
Potential legal action for fraud

3.4 Sole Remedy

Important: This guarantee is your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services. Beyond this guarantee, ZeroCart's liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.

3.5 Right to Modify

ZeroCart reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email with 30 days' notice. Your continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

3.6 Dispute Resolution

If your refund/guarantee claim is denied and you disagree with our decision, disputes are resolved according to our Terms of Service:

Good-faith negotiation (30 days)
Mediation (if negotiation fails)
Binding arbitration in Wyoming, USA (AAA rules)
