1. Service Description

Multi-channel recovery messaging (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications)
AI-driven personalization and optimal timing
Real-time analytics and performance dashboard
Click-verified attribution reporting

2. Pricing & Billing

4. User Responsibilities

By using ZeroCart, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete account information
Comply with all applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL)
Obtain proper consent before contacting your customers
Not use the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes
Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
Not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

All ZeroCart technology, including but not limited to AI algorithms, software, branding, documentation, and user interface designs, remains the exclusive property of ZeroCorp SAS. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. No ownership rights are transferred.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide the Service. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZeroCart's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time:

You may cancel your subscription from your dashboard
Data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation for export
No refunds for partial billing periods
We may terminate accounts violating these Terms immediately

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms with at least 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. You will be notified via email of significant updates.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
